About the Role
As Director Marketing, Tasket, you will be responsible for strategy and execution of TOFU and MOFU strategies to maximize Tasket’s awareness and adoption.
Responsibilities
The role involves complete ownership of a multi-channel growth strategy to drive awareness, adoption, and retention globally, with a focus on US and India in the beginning, comprising:
Brand, Narrative & Positioning - Own and evolve the Tasket brand voice across every public surface; Write and ship high-stakes copy; Commission and direct visual identity work
Demand Generation & Growth
Build the inbound demand engine for mid-market companies (500–5,000 employees) across content, AEO, SEO, paid, lifecycle, and conversion
Own pipeline contribution targets and funnel metrics; Design and run onboarding sequences, activation nudges, expansion campaigns
Operate marketing automation, attribution, and reporting infrastructure
Product Led Growth - Partner with product teams to build and optimize in-product growth loops
Product Marketing
Drive feature and product launches end-to-end
Build and maintain competitive intelligence: comparison pages, battle cards
Conduct customer research — interviews, surveys, win/loss, churn — and translate findings into positioning, content, and product input
Build sales enablement: pitch decks, demo scripts, objection handling, ROI calculators, customer reference programs
Business Development & Partnerships - Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic BD partnerships that drive team acquisition
Community - Grow an owned community presence on relevant forums and social media.
Influencer Marketing - Design and run scalable influencer campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok
Team Building & Leadership - Build, hire, and retain a high-performing marketing team across relevant key functions
Requirements
8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role
Demonstrated experience taking a product from pre-launch or early-stage (Series Seed/A) to meaningful mid-market traction
Experience marketing AI-native, productivity, work management, collaboration, or developer-adjacent products
Strong editorial judgment and Demonstrable taste in visual identity and design
Deep fluency in the full B2B funnel: awareness, acquisition, activation, conversion, expansion
Hands-on knowledge of marketing automation platforms, analytics and attribution tools
Comfort reading a dashboard and knowing what to do next based on what you see
